After unscrewing the flange, the frame is placed onto the hinge, and then the flange is screwed back on. The hinge is designed to allow adjustment of the gate leaf position even after assembly is complete, when the washer is welded, the frame is secured in the hinge, and the hinge is assembled. Adjustment is performed using an M16 threaded mechanism without the need for disassembly or dismantling of the hinge. This design allows for additional adjustment of the gate's position after installation. The hinge is made of structural steel. The weld-on washer has a galvanized surface finish.
