Payment terms
We offer the following payment methods in our online store:
1. Payment by credit card (Shopify Payments)
Card payments are processed through the secure payment gateway Shopify Payments.
Supported cards and payment services:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (if available on your device and browser)
Payment is authorized immediately after the order is completed.
Your data is protected by 3D Secure technology and is not stored on our servers. The payment gateway meets the highest PCI DSS security standards.
The order is considered confirmed only after successful verification and receipt of payment.
2. Payment by bank transfer (pro-forma invoice)
After creating an order, you will receive an invoice with payment details by email.
The goods will only be shipped after payment has been received into our bank account.

Variable symbol: your order number
Payment must be made within 5 business days. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Refunds
In the event of a return of goods, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made - either back to the payment card or to the account from which the payment was made.
Delivery terms
1. Delivery method
We deliver goods by courier companies in the Slovak Republic and selected European Union countries.
You will be informed about the shipment of the goods by email.
2. Delivery time
The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation (for card payment) or after receipt of payment (for bank transfer).
For made-to-order products, the period may be longer - we will inform you of the estimated date.
3. Shipping cost
The shipping price is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the shipment and will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
For orders over [insert amount] €, shipping may be free.
4. Acceptance of goods
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment (integrity of the packaging, number of packages) upon receipt of the goods.
If damage is discovered, it is necessary to immediately notify the carrier and draw up a complaint protocol with them.
5. Personal collection (if you allow it)
Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement at:

The goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price is paid in full.
