WS-Zink® 80/81
The proven high-zinc repair paint for hot-dip galvanized components of all kinds, with more than 90% metallic zinc dust in the pigment, according to DIN EN ISO 1461. WS-Zink® 80/81 is pasty, due to that you can achieve a high film thicknesses in one operation. WS-Zink® 80/81 is spreadable ready.

Surface preparation:
For hot-dip galvanized substrates, aluminum substrates, non-galvanized steel and old coatings, different pretreatments should be used. Please note the product data sheet for this.
Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. Stir well before use. For further information (processing, injection pressure, etc.) please refer to the product data sheet.
Drying time:
Dust-dry: approx. 15 minutes
Touch proof: about 45 minutes
Completely dry: about 2-3 days
Productiveness:
Approx. 250 – 350g / qm per coating
